Watch this 3-minute piece on the Tin Man, courtesy of KSHB-TV, that aired on our 100th anniversary in 1998 as a part of the Kansas City Crossroads series with Bill Kalahurka. The series highlighted Kansas City history and featured our family-owned tin ceiling manufacturing business. William Franklin Norman (pictured at left) founded the W. F. Norman Sheet Metal Manufacturing Company in 1898. In 1978, grandson Franklin Norman sold the business to Robert Quitno. It is still run today by Bob’s family.
