Product Information
Moldings are often used between the field and the filler. This molding can be ordered with corresponding components. For ceiling designs with elbow corners, order ELL: No. 2201; for designs with a "T" shape, order TEE: No. 2202; and for cross-shaped designs, order CROSS: No. 2203
Metals
Our standard metal for molding is tinplate. Tinplate is steel that is coated on both sides with tin in order to offer some protection from rust. Please inquire about special ordering stamped ceilings in copper, brass, zinc and galvanized metal. Copper and brass may be ordered as either raw or cleaned, polished and clear-coated. Galvanized metal is a sheet of steel coated on both sides with zinc. We stamp galvanized as either “Dull” or “Shiny” with the “Dull” being easier to paint.
